We want to brag on you! Please report any scholarships that you are offered so that we can brag on the CHS 2026 graduating class.

• The student with the most scholarships received will receive a prize (total number of scholarships).
• The student with the highest amount of scholarship money will receive a prize (total amount of scholarships $)
• 2 Students will be randomly selected. The more submissions that you make, the more your name will be entered.

You should submit a separate form for each scholarship that you receive. Please make copies of any scholarship offer you have received, even if you don't plan to attend the school.  You may scan or take a photo and send the scholarship information to your counselor.

• Math and Science Scholarship Enhancements -  Life Scholarship Recipients can receive a $2,000 scholarship enhancement if they are pursuing and math or science major at a 4-year college.
